Foreigners aggressively collecting BBRI, ANTM, and BBCA shares

JAKARTA – Foreign investors have continued to accumulate shares in PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero), PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM), and PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) since early May 2025.
According to data compiled by IDNFinancials.com, BBRI shares recorded a net foreign buy of Rp1.88 trillion from early May until the close of trading on Friday (16 May).
Meanwhile, ANTM shares saw a net foreign buy of Rp1.48 trillion over the same period, while BBCA shares recorded Rp1.37 trillion.
Based on the volume of shares purchased, ANTM had the highest net foreign buy, with 5.9 million shares acquired.
At the same time, BBRI recorded a net foreign buy of 4.5 million shares, while BBCA saw 1.5 million shares purchased.
The average purchase price for foreign investors in ANTM shares during this period was Rp2,569 per share, while BBRI shares averaged Rp4,008 per share, and BBCA shares were bought at an average of Rp9,118 per share.
Since the beginning of May 2025, BBRI shares have gained 10.39%, reaching Rp4,250 per share at the close of trading on Friday.
Meanwhile, ANTM shares surged by 21.66% to Rp2,640, and BBCA shares rose by 5.38% to Rp9,300 per share. (KR/LM)
