JAKARTA – PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS), a listed company under Pertamina Group, will distribute a cash dividend of USD 271.54 million, or around IDR 4.42 trillion, equivalent to IDR 181 per share (assuming a JISDOR exchange rate of IDR 16,300 per US dollar) from its 2024 net profit.

This amount represents 80% of the company’s net profit, matching the dividend payout ratio for the 2023 financial year.

The dividend distribution was approved during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held in Jakarta on Wednesday (28/5).

At the same event, PGAS also decided that the remaining 20% of the 2024 net profit, amounting to USD 67.88 million, will be allocated to retained earnings.

According to data from IDNFinancials.com, PGAS recorded a net profit of USD 62 million in the first quarter of 2025. Meanwhile, revenue rose 2% year-on-year to USD 967 million, while cost of revenue surged 12% to USD 826 million. (DH/ZH)
