JAKARTA – Toll road operator PT Citra Marga Nusaphala Persada Tbk. (CMNP), controlled by Jusuf Hamka, has received resignation letters from three members of its board of commissioners.

This was disclosed by Citra Marga’s Independent Directors Hasyim and Djoko Sapto in an information disclosure to the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) dated 2 June 2025.

The letters of resignation from the three commissioners were received by CMNP on 22 May 2025. The commissioners who resigned are:

  • Dahnu Teguh Adrianto, President Commissioner
  • Dionisius Widijanto, Independent Commissioner
  • Rizal Mallarangeng, Independent Commissioner

“In connection with this, the company’s business activities and operations remain as usual,” the management stated in the official disclosure, quoted Wednesday (4/6).

The resignations will be discussed and resolved at the upcoming Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS), scheduled for 24 June 2025.

The three commissioners are stepping down just five months after their terms became effective following the previous EGMS held on Monday, 30 December 2024.

At the same time, Jusuf Hamka’s two children—Fitria Yusuf and Feisal Hamka—also resigned from their positions on the board of directors and commissioners.

Fitria stepped down from her role as President Director, while Feisal relinquished his position as President Commissioner.

In the first quarter of 2025, CMNP’s net profit rose 12.24% year-on-year to IDR 303.14 billion.

Over the past five trading days, CMNP’s share price has fallen 2.50% to IDR 1,365 per share. As of 10:45 AM WIB on Wednesday (3/6), however, the share price had risen 1.10% to IDR 1,380. (DK/KR/ZH)
