JAKARTA - PT Properti Tbk (PPRO) recorded revenue of IDR 1.7 trillion in 2022 and a net profit of IDR 24.27 billion. These achievements rose 97.67% and 15.48% respectively from revenue and profit in 2021 of IDR 751.51 billion and IDR 21.01 billion.

In the 2022 Financial Report quoted on Thursday (9/3), Yuyus Juarsa, President Director of PT Properti Tbk (PPRO) said that real estate sales contributed revenue of IDR 1.50 trillion, up 99.73% from 2021 of IDR 756. 29 billion and property income of IDR 194.17 billion, an increase of 83.10% from IDR 106.17 billion.

In 2022, real estate sales consisted of IDR 1.50 trillion for apartments and IDR 7.48 billion for land. The property revenue segment includes hotels with IDR 141.51 billion, tenant service fees IDR 32.07 billion, and rental IDR 20.58 billion.

In 2021, sales of real estate, namely apartments of IDR 751.51 billion and land of IDR 4.77 billion. Property revenue consisted of IDR 65.79 billion for hotels, IDR 26.73 billion for tenant service fees and IDR 13.64 billion for rent.

Net profit attributable to the parent company decreased to IDR 19.94 billion from IDR 20.35 billion and profit to non-controlling interests increased to IDR 4.33 billion from IDR 662.29 million. (LK/LM)
