Apac Investment now owns 90% of ERA Graharealty

JAKARTA - On Monday, November 28, the controlling shareholder, Apac Investment 2 Pte Ltd, purchased 53.39 million shares of PT ERA Graharealty Tbk (IPAC). This subsidiary of APAC Realty Ltd. in Singapore has increased its ownership by 5.62%, bringing it to 90.6%. After that, PT DMS Investama also bought 40 million shares of its subsidiary, PT DMS Propertindo Tbk (KOTA), bringing its ownership to 37%.

Shareholders, including foreign investors, have increased their stakes in several issuers. First, PT Distribution Voucher Nusantara Tbk increased its stake in PT Telefast Indonesia Tbk to 14.26 million shares (TFAS). Bank of Singapore Limited also bought 9.4 million shares of PT Bank Amar Indonesia (AMAR), followed by Auric Digital Retail, which bought 2.11 million shares of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF), and Unilink Ventures Inc., which bought 1.37 million shares of PT Sunter Lakeside Hotel Tbk (SNLK).

On the other hand, PT Capital Strategic Invesco, as the majority shareholder, repeatedly divested PT Capital Financial Indonesia Tbk after selling 234 million CASA shares. Another controller, PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, also continues to release shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), this time totaling 1.13 million shares. Finally, foreign investor UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) sold shares of two issuers at once, namely 5 million shares of PT Pollux Properties Indonesia Tbk (POLL) and 1.9 million shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP).
