JAKARTA - PT Tunas Persada Cemerlang became a new investor in two issuers on the last trading day of 2022, Friday, December 30. The first is PT Bank Capital Indonesia Tbk, where Tunas Persada Cemerlang bought 1,031,316,310 shares or 5.17% of the company. Following that, the company purchased 635,086,850 shares from PT Pacific Strategic Financial Tbk (APIC), resulting in an immediate 5.4% ownership.

In addition, PT Yulie Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk, as a new investor, purchased 299.23 million shares, or 7% ownership, in PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN). From foreign investments, the controller of Axiata Investments (Indonesia) Sdn Bhd increased its ownership in PT XL Axiata Tbk (EXCL) by 659.98 million shares, while UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) purchased 38.79 million shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO).

The issuer that manages Sawangan Golf, Hotel, and Resort, PT Pakuan Tbk, sees an active movement in the structure of its shareholders. After PT Sirius Surya Sentosa purchased 411.82 million shares and immediately claimed 34.04% ownership, new investors entered the company. This number, however, was taken from Pakuan's controlling shareholder, PT Bhineka Abadi Investama, whose ownership immediately dropped from 74% to 40%.

PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk, on the other hand, sold 171.14 million shares of PT Bank Raya Indonesia Tbk (AGRO), and PT Aladin Global Ventures also sold 122.61 million shares of PT Bank Aladin Syariah Tbk (BANK). The GOTO Peopleverse Fund is also reported to have released 341.35 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). (KD)
