JAKARTA - Following the successful acquisition by PT Oscamas the day before, another new investor entered transportation issuer PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (BPTR) on Monday, January 30. PT Bintang Mitra Semestaraya Tbk has acquired 164,884,300 BPTR shares, giving it a 5.01% stake. Furthermore, after previously releasing a large number of shares, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd. is now buying more shares of PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO) with a relatively high volume, namely 106,790,000 shares.

On the investment front, PT Exa Nusa Persada purchased 96.35 million shares of PT Tera Data Indonusa Tbk (AXIO), and Auric Digital Retail Pte Ltd purchased 20 million shares of PT Matahari Department Store Tbk (LPPF). Furthermore, PT Ifishdeco Tbk (IFSH) is still conducting a share buyback, this time for up to 59,449,000 shares. PT IndoSterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH) shares appear to have changed hands after the controlling shareholder, PT Indosterling Sarana Investa, sold 32.04 million shares, while PT KB Valbury Sekuritas directly took over 30 million TECH shares.

Meanwhile, Tumiyana, a top official at PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), has released 145,800,000 shares of this poultry farm issuer. Furthermore, PT Philadel Terra Lestari sold 1,280,000 shares of PT Bank Ina Perdana Tbk (BINA), a banking issuer. Finally, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund is reported to have released another 38.19 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). (KD)
