JAKARTA. PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) will issue Shelf-Registration Bonds III of Protelindo Phase II Year 2023, consisting of two series worth IDR 2.91 trillion in total. These bonds are included in the Shelf-Registration Bonds III of Protelindo with total value of IDR 5 trillion.

In 2022, the company had issued its first phase of bonds worth IDR 1 trillion. Then, the bonds to be offered this year will consist of series A bonds of IDR 2.76 trillion with a tenor of 370 days and an annual interest rate of 6.35%, as well as series B bonds of IDR 145.35 billion with a three-year tenor and a 6.60% annual interest rate.

In the information disclosure, the management of Protelindo mentioned that the entire proceeds of the bonds issuance, minus the total emission fees, will be utilised to pay off some of Protelindo’s bank loans.

Protelindo is a subsidiary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR). The public offering of Protelindo’s bonds is scheduled to take place from March 15 to 16, 2023, followed by the listing on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) on March 24, 2023.

At least four joint lead underwriters have been assigned by Protelindo: BCA Sekuritas, BNI Sekuritas, CIMB Niaga Sekuritas, and Mandiri Sekuritas. The appointed trustee is Bank Pertama. (AM/ZH)
