JAKARTA - Tumiyana, an individual investor and also the CEO of PT Widodo Makmur Perkasa Tbk (WMPP), purchased 3 billion shares of WMPP on Wednesday, May 3. Tumiyana's ownership position in this consumer goods and agricultural commodity issuer then increased from 22.07% to 32.27% as a result of this spending. Following that, the controlling shareholder, PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara, increased its influence in PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA) by purchasing another 15.29 million shares, while PT Abadimukti Gunalestari purchased 10 million shares in its subsidiary, PT Perdana Gapura Prima Tbk (GPRA).

Furthermore, the majority shareholder of financial services issuer PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA), which is PT Sinar Mas Cakrawala, gained 4.06 million more SMMA shares. Then, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), a mining holding company, continued to buy back shares, this time for a total of 2.5 million DOID shares. PT Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia also purchased 2.19 million shares from investment issuer PT Dosni Roha Indonesia Tbk (ZBRA), and PT Bogamulia Nagadi purchased 754,700 shares from pharmaceutical issuer PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC).

Citibank Singapore S/A Government of Singapore and GOTO Peopleverse Fund, on the other hand, were investors with more than 5% ownership in PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) who decided to decrease their holdings. Reportedly, the Singaporean government sold 586.62 million GOTO shares, while GPF sold 245.95 million shares. Finally, Thomas Irawan Tjahjono sold 1.20 million shares in PT Data Sinergitama Jaya Tbk (ELIT), an IT service provider issuer. (KD)
