JAKARTA - On Monday, May 22, PT Honoris Corporindo Pratama handed over 318.75 million shares of issuer property developer PT Modernland Realty Tbk (MDLN) to PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk. Honoris' ownership percentage has dropped to 15.36% due to the share volume, which was equal to 2.54% of the total number of shares, while Panin Sekuritas now owns 10.93% of MDLN.

Additionally, PT Sentosa Bersama Mitra purchased 10 million shares of PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA), an issuer of gas distributors, and controller PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara purchased 6.43 million shares of PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA), an issuer of electric vehicle batteries. Based on other reports, PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia also acquired 1.63 million additional shares from PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB).

It's interesting to note that the other three issuers purchased their own shares. Of course, PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) was the first to purchase 6.57 million shares of DOID. Next came PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS), a department store issuer, which pocketed 2.45 million shares, and lastly, PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK), a construction issuer, which added 1 million shares to its holdings.

The only foreign investors who sold shares were the investors of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk: SVF GT Subco (Singapore) Pte Ltd, which released 179.94 million shares, and the GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 10.40 million shares of the on-demand service provider. (KD)
