JAKARTA. PT Paramita Bangun Sarana Tbk (PBSA) announces the plan to distribute dividend of IDR 120 billion or IDR 40 per share following its 61% profit surge in the fiscal year 2022.

According to the official release, said plan is in line with the result of the General Shareholders Meeting of PBSA a couple of days ago. In said meeting, the shareholder also approved the decision to take up some of the retained earnings as cash dividend.

For the record, PBSA’s net profit growth in 2022 was supported by its revenue that reached IDR 732 billion. The revenue also increased significantly from IDR 279 billion seen in 2021.

“This surge resulted from the increased operating revenue, and the near-completion of Tarjun and Marunda projects this year,” the management of PBSA explained in the official statement.

This year, PBSA aims to score revenue of IDR 725 billion, while its net profit is targeted to reach IDR 115 billion. Said objectives are expected to be attainable with the help of its currently existing projects and its effort to secure new projects from clients outside its main user group. (KR/ZH)
