JAKARTA - On May 31, PT Citra Cemerlang Jayaraya became a new investor in PT IndoSterling Technomedia Tbk (TECH), which is a part of the Indosterling Group. This investor recently acquired about 74.06 million shares of TECH, enabling them to acquire 5.9% of this technology issuer. In the meantime, PT Biofuel Indo Sumatra purchased 92.10 million shares of PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR), an infrastructure and manufacturing issuer. The ownership of Biofuel Indo then rose from 9.63% to 10.05%. Following that, with the purchase of an additional 36.20 million in investments in oil and gas issuer PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG), PT CGS-CCIMB Sekuritas Indonesia increased its ownership stake slightly to 6,17%.

Additionally, PT Sentosa Bersama Mitra purchased up to 8.5 million shares of energy issuer PT Rukun Raharja Tbk (RAJA). The shareholder's ownership then increased slightly by 0.2% to 33.92%. Furthermore, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk purchased 1.33 million shares of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), followed by PT Akulaku Silvrr Indonesia, which purchased 1.10 million shares of PT Bank Neo Commerce Tbk (BBYB), and the controlling shareholder, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk, who purchased 1.10 million shares of PT Sarana Meditama Metropolitan Tbk (SAME). Also continuing to buy back shares were PT Nusa Konstruksi Enjiniring Tbk (DGIK) and PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID), with 4.85 million DGIK and 2.53 million DOID, respectively.

The GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which again released 202.89 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), was the only investor highlighted on the divestment side. After the sale, only about 6.38% of this on-demand service provider was owned by the foreign investor. (KD)
