JAKARTA - PT Surya Semesta Internusa Tbk (SSIA), will refrain from distributing dividend from the fiscal year 2022, although the performance has improved compared to the fiscal year 2021. Last year, the company decided not to channel out dividend following its loss.

The data received by IDNFinancials today (9/6) shows that this issuer secured net profit of IDR 256.16 billion in 2022, shifting up from the loss it recorded in 2021 of IDR 161.11 billion. For the net profit attributable to the parent entity, SSIA scored IDR 175.81 billion, also recovering from IDR 200.21 billion of loss seen in 2021.

Then, IDR 1 billion of the net profit in the fiscal year 2022 is allocated as reserve funds, leaving the remaining amount to be stored as retained earnings to enhance its capital.

Until May 2023, SSIA recorded 4.70 billion units of listed shares, in which PT Arman Investment claimed 8.52% of them, followed by PT Persada Capital of 7.84%, Intrepid Investment of 7.74%, the public of 72.75%, and treasury stock of 3.33%. (LK/ZH)
