JAKARTA - On Friday, June 9, Trisna Muliadi acquired a 9.88% stake in PT Jaya Real Property Tbk (JRPT). Trisna was the new owner of 1,358,969,200 shares of the issuer of this housing developer, which focuses on the South Jakarta and Tangerang areas. Trisna himself is the president director of the Jaya Group, the parent company of Jaya Real Property. Furthermore, PT Firstindo Financial Corpora acquired approximately 52.04 million shares from PT Sumber Energi Andalan Tbk (ITMA) to become the new owner of 5.21% control. However, ITMA's controlling shareholder, PT Astrindo Nusantara Infrastruktur Tbk, instead sold 100 million shares, causing its ownership of this energy issuer to drop by about 10% to 31.89%.

Two major investors also participated in the trading of shares of PT Buana Lintas Lautan Tbk (BULL), a listed provider of shipping services as well as oil and gas tankers. According to reports, PT Majukarya Mandiri Indonesia sold approximately 52.83 million BULL, while PT Danatama Kapital Investama purchased 51.19 million. Additionally, the mining holding company PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) continued to buy back 8.19 million shares of its own stock.

On the other hand, individual investor Sujaka Lays released 27 million shares of PT Black Diamond Resources Tbk (COAL), a coal mining company. As a result, Sujaka's ownership decreased by about 0.43% to 41.57%. A number of foreign investors also made the decision to sell shares, beginning with the GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 65.32 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). In the meantime, UOB Kay Hian (Hong Kong) Ltd. and its parent company, UOB Kay Hian Private Limited, together dumped around 9.98 million and 9 million shares, respectively, of aquaculture company PT Central Proteina Prima Tbk (CPRO).
