JAKARTA - On Tuesday, July 4, as many as 545 million shares of PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN) were transferred from its parent company, PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk, to PT Global Mediacom Tbk. Media Nusantara's ownership then decreased by approximately 4.5% to 8.27%, while Global Mediacom now owns approximately 15.59% of MSIN. Interestingly, both of these investors are subsidiaries of the MNC Group. The same business group also announced that PT MNC Sekuritas increased its share of ownership in PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) by 2.86 billion, bringing MNC Sekuritas' ownership of the hospitality entertainment issuer to 13.53%.

Furthermore, Yohana Christina Vidianovita joined PT Mitra International Resources Tbk (MIRA) as a new individual investor. She purchased approximately 353.41 million shares of this land transportation service issuer, giving her immediate control of 8.92% of the shares. PT Merdeka Energi Nusantara also increased its investment in electric vehicle battery manufacturer PT Merdeka Battery Materials Tbk (MBMA) by 13.5 million shares, and mining holding issuer PT Delta Dunia Makmur Tbk (DOID) bought back 5 million shares.

In terms of divestment, PT Superkrane Mitra Utama Tbk (SKRN) released another 88.49 million shares, bringing the total ownership of this equipment rental, lifting, and construction company's own shares to 5.09%. Not only that, but the foreign investor GOTO Peopleverse Fund persisted in selling shares of technology-based digital ecosystem company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), this time totaling 64.40 million shares, and individual investor Tjoe Mien Sasminto sold 20 million shares of land transportation company PT Sidomulyo Selaras Tbk (SDMU). Finally, an investor known as Reksadana PAN Arcadia Ekuitas Progresif 2 was seen selling 1.43 million shares of PT Himalaya Energi Perkasa Tbk (HADE). (KD)
