JAKARTA - On Wednesday, July 5, as many as 4.05 billion shares of PT MNC Land Tbk (KPIG) changed ownership. PT MNC Asia Holding Tbk sold 4,055,517,900 KPIG shares to PT MNC Sekuritas, reducing its stake to 5.29%. MNC Sekuritas, on the other hand, currently owns approximately 18.1% of the issuer's shares in resort and hotel development and management. Interestingly, after releasing KPIG, MNC Asia purchased an additional 2.03 billion shares of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk (BCAP), increasing its ownership to 46.18%.

Equity Global International Limited, a foreign investor, also made a significant share purchase. The Hong Kong-based investor purchased 1.19 billion shares of PT Bank Ganesha Tbk (BGTG), giving it a nearly 15% stake in this private bank issuer. PT Aserra Capital, the controlling shareholder of PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (APEX), also invested 132.99 million, increasing its ownership to approximately 68.52%. Not only that, but PT Delta Dunia Makmur tbk (DOID) was still buying back shares, this time as many as 2,715,000 shares.

Another interesting development was the involvement of PT Sanggraha Nusa Raya, which became a new investor in two Lippo Group issuers at the same time, namely internet service provider PT First Media Tbk (KBLV) and business and media developer PT Star Pacific Tbk (LPLI). After purchasing 118.92 million and 67.3 million shares, respectively, this investor now owns 6.83% of KBLV and 5.75% of LPLI.

Meanwhile, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund's strategy remains stock divestment, with the release of 95.13 million shares of technology issuer PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Individual investor Tjoe Mien Sasminto was next, selling 15 million shares of transportation service provider PT Sidomulyo Selaras Tbk (SDMU). (KD)
