JAKARTA. PT Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills, a paper producer owned by the Sinarmas Group, issued bonds in the form of Medium Term Notes (MTN) with a total principal amount of US$9.94 million

The principal amount of the MTN is equivalent to IDR 149.12 billion (at an exchange rate of IDR 14,992.9). The MTNs are issued in 4 series, with a principal amount of US$260,000 for series A, US$275,000 for series B, US$1.4 million for series C, and US$8 million for series D.

Coupons offered for all series are 7% per year. Meanwhile, the tenor for each MTN series is also offered for 3 years.

In issuing this MTN, Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills appointed PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia as the managing director of the issuance and PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk (BBNI) as the monitoring agent. The electronic distribution of MTN is scheduled for July 18, 2023.

According to idnfinancials.com data, Pindo Deli Pulp and Paper Mills had previously issued MTN worth US$1.65 million in May 2023. The MTN is offered with a coupon of 7% per annum and a tenor of 3 years. (KR/LM)
