JAKARTA - PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) is optimistic about pursuing a pre-sales target of IDR 2.1 trillion by the end of this year. In the first half of 2023, this issuer has pocketed IDR 1.1 trillion in pre-sales or 53% of the target.

Sugianto Kusuma, President Director of PANI said that pre-sales were contributed from commercial land lots, commercial products include shop houses (ruko), SOHO, warehouses and landed house residencies. "Marketing sales in the second quarter amounted to IDR 602 billion, growing 13% from the first quarter of 2023 of IDR 543 billion," he said in an information disclosure quoted Monday (24/7).

According to him, the pre-sales target of IDR 2.1 trillion is optimistic to be achieved because the public interest in Jabodetabek for property products is still high. "We will continue to pursue the annual target until the end of the year," he said.

Last year, this issuer successfully acquired 764 hectares (ha) of land in PIK 2. As of this year, the land is targeted to be sold out.

"I continue to encourage brilliant innovation to create an optimal market in PIK 2 and sustainable profitability without sacrificing consumer confidence," he said. (LK/LM)
