JAKARTA. PT Indointernet Tbk (EDGE), a digital infrastructure provider, has granted additional credit facility worth IDR 105.5 billion to one of its subsidiaries, PT Ekagrata Data Gemilang (EDG).

Karla Winata, President Director of EDGE, mentioned that the company has signed the first amendment of the shareholder loan facility agreement dated June 28, 2023. The amendment will take effect on September 1, 2023.

In said amendment, EDGE is said to give extra credit facility worth IDR 105.5 billion. Therefore, the total loan facility for EDG now reaches IDR 120 billion.

“This extension is intended to support business/operational activities of EDG,” Winata mentioned in the information disclosure in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX).

Extra credit ceiling is also equipped with a floating interest rate, unless stated otherwise in another written agreement, for 1 year since the first withdrawal. It is worth mentioning that this credit limit extension is categorised as an affiliate transaction as 99.83% of EDG is controlled by EDGE. (KR/ZH)
