JAKARTA - On Tuesday, September 12, PT Darmi Bersaudara Tbk (KAYU) gained a new investment from a private investor Lukas Halimanto. Lukas purchased 33.38 million shares of the KAYU issuer, giving him a 5.02% stake in this wood-producing firm.

PT Bakrie & Brothers Tbk (BNBR) also obtained additional funding from PT Biofuel Indo Sumatra, which purchased 250 million shares. At the same time, PT KB Valbury Sekuritas sold 250 million shares, which left them a final ownership percentage of 5.56% in this building materials producer.

PT Dian Swastika Sentosa Tbk continued the share acquisition after purchasing a great amount of 26.25 billion shares of telecommunications company issuer PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN). This purchase made PT Dian Swastika with a final ownership percentage of 13.41%. Baby clothing retail company PT Multitrend Indo Tbk (BABY) also received 720 million shares from foreign investor Blooming Years Pte Ltd., followed by PT Samuel Sekuritas Indonesia, which purchased 327.56 million shares of the palm oil company PT Nusa Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS), and PT Paraga Arta Mida, which purchased 2.8 million shares from the real estate development company PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE).

Furthermore, foreign investor BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds released an additional 2.3 million shares of the ceramic business PT Arwana Citramulia Tbk (ARNA), which brought its total ownership percentage to 7.29%. Finally, two foreign investors sold their stakes in two digital companies: GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which sold 2.68 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia (GOTO), and KK Investment Holdings Pte Ltd., which sold 800,000 shares of PT Venteny Fortuna International Tbk (VTNY).
