JAKARTA - PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS) recorded marketing sales of IDR 1.37 trillion at the end of the third quarter of 2023, which is equal to 76.16% of the marketing sales target this year of IDR 1.8 trillion.

Tondy Suwanto, Director of DMAS, mentioned that over half of the sales came from industrial area for data centre. “The sector of data centre remained as favourite within industrial land sales,” he mentioned in the press release quoted Monday (16/10).

According to Suwanto, approximately 30%-35% of 90 hectares (Ha) of industrial area are crowded with demands from data centre.

It is said that the company managed to sell 39.10 Ha of industrial land in Q3 2023, followed by residential and commercial sales. “The company is also developing residential and commercial areas,” Suwanto added.

Furthermore, Suwanto said that AEON Mall Deltamas, projected to be established in early 2024, will increase the appeal of commercial sector. The shopping centre will be erected upon 20-Ha land. “It will be the best commercial area to accommodate public spaces as well as live, work, and play activities for the masses,” he stated.

In Q2 2022, it recorded revenue of IDR 968.64 billion, gross profit of IDR 666.68 billion, and net profit of IDR 599.88 billion. (LK/ZH)
