JAKARTA - PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) is optimistic about achieving its pre-sales (marketing sales) target of IDR 2.1 trillion at the end of this year. Until the third quarter of 2023, this issuer recorded pre-sales of IDR 1.7 trillion.

Sugianto Kusuma, President Director of PT Pantai Indah Kapuk Dua Tbk (PANI) said that the company is committed to implementing a business strategy that has been designed in such a way as to achieve medium and long term goals. "PANI continues to strive for the 2023 pre-sales target to be achieved 100% by the end of the year," he said in an information disclosure quoted on Tuesday (17/10).

According to him, marketing sales growth is relatively stable from quarter to quarter. In the third quarter, the company posted marketing sales of IDR 611 billion.

The largest pre-sale composition was from SOHO shophouses and office houses (ruko/rukan), warehouses, followed by land plot sales and housing sales.

"I continue to encourage brilliant innovation to create an optimal market in PIK2 and sustainable profitability without sacrificing consumer trust," he said.

In the first semester of 2023, this issuer collected revenue of IDR 1.24 trillion, gross profit and operating profit of IDR 639.08 billion and IDR 570.12 billion respectively, and net profit of IDR 211.06 billion.

In the same period in 2022, PANI recorded revenue of IDR 174.37 billion, gross profit and operating profit of IDR 8.97 billion and IDR 1.56 billion respectively, and net profit of IDR 951 million. (LK/LM)
