JAKARTA - PT Berkah Beton Sadaya Tbk (BEBS) welcomed PT Pendanaan Efek Indonesia (PEI)-REPO as a new investor on Friday, October 13, after 2.57 billion shares were purchased. PEI then gained 5.72% ownership of the company from this transaction. In addition, PT Intisarana Teknindo Utama purchased 80.25 million shares in the transportation management services company PT Logisticplus International Tbk (LOPI) and now holds 7.3% of the shares.

Furthermore, digital bank PT Bank Amar Indonesia Tbk (AMAR) also received funding from the purchase of around 3.56 million shares from Tolaram Pte Ltd. PT Sungai Budi then purchased 2.74 million shares of PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA), a cooking oil producer. Aside from that, PT Indomobil Sukses Internasional Tbk (IMAS), a company in the automotive industry, was involved in a share transfer. PT Trimegah Sekuritas Indonesia Tbk purchased 50 million shares for a 9.51% stake in IMAS, while PT Sejahtera Raya Perkasa sold 50 million shares of the issuer.

The list of share sales was continued by the GOTO Peopleverse Fund, which recorded the highest share sales in the range of 298.48 million shares for shares of the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). Foreign investor UOB Kay Hian Private Limited also sold 15 million shares of PT Hatten Bali Tbk (WINE), a Bali-based wine producer. PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance then released 105 million shares of PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) in the investment and infrastructure development sector, leaving a 9.26% stake. Finally, individual investor Sukarto Bujung sold around 10 million shares of PT Metrodata Electronics Tbk (MTDL), an information technology business. (KD)
