JAKARTA - On Monday, October 30, foreign investor UBS AG Singapore S/A Hillcon Pte Ltd disbursed funds and became a new investor in PT Hillcon Tbk (HILL). The investor purchased 849.11 million shares of HILL, which specialises in coal and nickel mining services, and now controls 28.8% of the company. Other investors also made new investments in two distinct companies. It began with Indo Alam Resources Pte Ltd purchasing 1.72 billion shares of the palm oil business PT Nusantara Sawit Sejahtera Tbk (NSSS) with a 7.26% ownership stake, followed by individual investor Faadhil Irshad Nasution purchasing 16.55 million shares in PT Duta Pertiwi Nusantara Tbk (DPNS) to achieve 5% shares of the adhesives company.

PT Sungai Budi made the next share transaction, purchasing 5.73 million shares of cooking oil manufacturer PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA). Aside from that, PT Bogamulia Nagadi bought 3.70 million shares of PT Tempo Scan Pacific Tbk (TSPC), which is involved in pharmaceutical distribution. PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama then purchased 1 million shares of PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (AISA), a food producer.

In the share sale list, 29 million shares of the investment and infrastructure development company PT Nusantara Infrastructure Tbk (META) were sold by PT Indonesia Infrastructure Finance, leaving a share ownership of around 8.44%. Moreover, PT Dua Putra Bersinergi released another 25.80 million shares of PT Isra Presisi Indonesia Tbk (ISAP), a company specialising in industry and machine tools. PT Davest Investama Mandiri then sold 13.15 million shares of PT Hensel Davest Indonesia Tbk (HDIT), a financial technology firm and electrical equipment reseller. Finally, GOTO Peopleverse Fund issued 8.91 million shares of PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO), a digital enterprise. (KD)
