JAKARTA - Tempo-IDNFinancials named Haryanto Tjiptodihardjo as The Best CEO in Building Products International Market. His figure was successful in bringing PT Impack Pratama Industri Tbk (IMPC) to go international, performing positively during the Covid-19 pandemic, and consistently distributing dividends to shareholders.

His crowning as The Best CEO in this category took place at the Sofitel Nusa Dua Beach Resort, Bali, last weekend (1/12). The event was attended by a number of Chief Executive Officers (CEOs) from various public companies representing industries including banking, coal mining, nickel, processed food and beverage products, spare parts, heavy equipment and ceramics, and plantations.

In the last three years, IMPC's compound annual growth rate (CAGR) has been around 25% per year. In 2020, net revenue was recorded at IDR 1.79 trillion, rising to IDR 2.22 trillion in 2021, and  soared to IDR 2.81 trillion in 2022. Last year's revenue from the domestic market was IDR 2.16 trillion, which came from the manufacturing-distribution segment IDR 2.13 billion and real estate IDR 34.04 billion. Then, revenue from the export market was IDR 710.59 billion, from sales of roofing, facade and material products.

To optimize the export market, this issuer opened 19 branches in a number of countries, including Malaysia, Vietnam, Australia and New Zealand. Its marketing agents reach Kuwait, United Arab Emirates, Jordan, Kuwait, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Thailand and the Philippines.

In the 2020-2022 range, the current year's profit CAGR is around 64.27%. Profit for the current year in 2020 was recorded at IDR 115.80 billion, rising to IDR 188.61 billion in 2021, and growing to IDR 312.50 billion in 2022. By the end of this year, Haryanto targets revenue to reach IDR 3.3 trillion or grow by 17.5% from the realization in 2022 of IDR 2.8 trillion. The net profit target is IDR 390 billion, an increase of 26.9% from last year's realization. (LK/LM)
