JAKARTA - On Friday, January 5, several investors made new investments in three different issuers, with a share ownership of approximately 5%. PT Kreasi Gemilang Sejati initiated the new share investment, purchasing 97.66 million shares of shrimp agriculture company PT Agro Bahari Nusantara Tbk (UDNG) for a 5.58% stake.

Then, PT Trimitra Ciptaselaras purchased 93.94 million shares of PT Citra Nusantara Gemilang Tbk (CGAS), gaining 5.3% ownership of the company operating in the natural gas distribution industry. Individual investor Yohanes Jap was the latest to make a new share purchase transaction, adding 35.93 million shares of the development business PT Bekasi Asri Pemula Tbk (BAPA) to his portfolio for a total ownership percentage of 5.43%.

In the coal trading industry, PT Aims Indo Investama was seen purchasing 16 million shares of PT Akbar Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk (AIMS). In addition, PT Saratoga Investama Sedaya Tbk purchased 4.47 million shares of PT Merdeka Copper Gold Tbk (MDKA), a metals and minerals firm.

On the other hand, Pieter Tanuri initiated the share sale by selling 66.70 million shares of PT Bali Bintang Sejahtera Tbk (BOLA) in the sports club management sector and leaving 39.87% of the shares. Rina RA.H. Radinal Maksum, an individual investor, was also seen selling 700,000 shares of PT Dyandra Media International Tbk (DYAN), a MICE company. GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 13.35 million shares in the digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). With the sale of around 2 million shares each, PT Aneka now only holds around 5.35% ownership of cooking oil manufacturer PT Tunas Baru Lampung Tbk (TBLA), while JPMCB NA RE-Cathay Life Insurance Co Ltd holds approximately 19.22% of PT Bank Mayapada Internasional Tbk (MAYA).
