JAKARTA - PT Arsy Buana Travelindo Tbk (HAJJ), which provides Umrah and Hajj services, welcomed PT Abraha Jaya Investama as a new investor on Thursday, January 25. This investor purchased 159.77 million HAJJ shares, resulting in a final ownership percentage of 6.98%. Then, two investors were seen purchasing shares in palm oil producer PT Sawit Sumbermas Sarana Tbk (SSMS): PT Putra Borneo Agro Lestari (1.33 million shares) and foreign investor Maybank Singapore Limited (3.59 million shares).

Another foreign investor, Blooming Years Pte Ltd, purchased 3.81 million shares of PT Multitrend Indo Tbk (BABY), a baby clothes retail company. PT Pangan Sejahtera Investama then acquired 2.07 million shares of the snack food firm PT FKS Food Sejahtera Tbk (AISA), followed by the clothing retail company PT Ramayana Lestari Sentosa Tbk (RALS), which did a buyback of 617,000 shares.

Two individual investors then continued the list of share purchases: Yeti Sopandi, who purchased 632,000 shares of PT Esta Multi Usaha Tbk (ESTA) in the property sector, and Adrianto Djokosoetono, who purchased 583,000 shares of taxi firm PT Blue Bird Tbk (BIRD). Meanwhile, the GOTO Peopleverse Fund released another 80.62 million shares of the digital enterprise PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO).

Lastly, PT Delta Wibawa Bersama's share ownership percentage in the restaurant management company PT Lima Dua Lima Tiga Tbk (LUCY) changed from 53.75% to 53.74%. This decline was caused by Delta Wibawa's absence from LUCY's rights issues, in which the business issued 584.77 million shares to the market. (KD)
