JAKARTA. PT Puradelta Lestari Tbk (DMAS), the developer of integrated city Kota Deltamas, is eyeing marketing sales of IDR 1.81 trillion in 2024.

Tondy Suwanto, Director and Corporate Secretary of DMAS, mentioned that said target is set according to several considerations, including the quite popular demand of land in early 2024. “We also consider other factors, such as national economic growth rate and the world’s geopolitical situation,” he added in the official statement.

In addition, in DMAS’s pipeline, Suwanto claimed that there is still demand for 90 hectares of land, which has been put into consideration for the 2024 marketing sales target.

Most of the demand for land plots in early 2024 are dominated by data centres. Then, there are also demands from other industries, namely automotive, FMCG, chemical industry, and other industries.

Meanwhile, the demand from residential and commercial sectors is projected to increase following economic and industrial activities in Kota Deltamas. “Therefore, we are optimistic to be able to attain marketing sales target of IDR 1.81 trillion in 2024,” explained Suwanto.

According to IDNFinancials data, DMAS recorded marketing sales of IDR 1.87 trillion in 2023. It was 4.10% higher than the marketing sales target previously set to IDR 1.8 trillion. (KR/ZH)
