JAKARTA - On Thursday, February 1, PT Saranakelola Investa made a new investment of 470.83 million shares in PT ICTSI Jasa Prima Tbk (KARW), which provides loading and unloading services as well as marine infrastructure facilities. Saranakelola Investa became the new dominant stakeholder, with an 80.19% stake in this transaction.

Aside from that, two investors in the plastic product manufacturing company, PT Primadaya Plastisindo Tbk (PDPP), transferred their shares to two new investors. Meng Chun Tsai conducted a share transfer transaction for 244.90 million shares with Su Mei Tsai Liu, who now holds 8% of PDPP shares. Lim Kin Guan then transferred 153.06 million PDPP shares to Lee Bee Teng, making Lee a new investor with a 5% ownership stake.

PT Arthakencana Rayatama purchased another 4.04 million shares of fuel distributor PT AKR Corporindo Tbk (AKRA), increasing its stake to 12.21%. Blooming Years Pte Ltd, a foreign investor, also added 1.30 million shares of baby clothes retailer PT Multitrend Indo Tbk (BABY) to its portfolio.

Furthermore, BBH Luxembourg S/A Fidelity Funds was seen selling 31,300 shares of sanitary product distributor PT Surya Pertiwi Tbk (SPTO), followed by OCBC SES Pte Ltd S/A Hudson River Group Pte Ltd, which sold 250,000 shares of private general contractor PT Nusa Construction Engineering Tbk (DGIK). GOTO Peopleverse Fund concluded the list of market hints by selling 27.48 million shares of digital company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO). (KD)
