JAKARTA - On Monday, February 19, PT Satya Mulia Gema Gemilang acquired 405.35 million shares of PT Polychem Indonesia Tbk (ADMG), a company that manufactures chemicals and polyester. This new investor received immediate control over 10.42% of the shares through this transaction, which was handled by PT Equity Sekuritas Indonesia.
