JAKARTA. Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) announced 137 issuers that have yet to submit their financial report for the fiscal year 2023, exceeding the set deadline.

In the information disclosure, IDX said that those reports should be announced and submitted before April 1, 2024. However, until last week, 129 listed companies have yet to submit their financial reports. Then, 7 ETFs and 1 DIRE are also late in turning in their reports.

“The stock exchange will send the Written Warning I to 129 listed companies and 8 listed issuers that failed to fulfil the requirements of Audited Annual Financial Report as of December 31, 2023, on time,” said the stock exchange.

Currently, IDX recorded 973 issuers listed on the board. 813 issuers have submitted its annual report on time, while another 7 apply different rules of fiscal year, and 16 issuers are not obliged to submit their reports. (KR/ZH)
