JAKARTA. PT Boga Mulia Raya Tbk (KEJU), the manufacturer of cheese under the brand Prochiz, will distribute cash dividend of IDR 53 per share or IDR 79.5 billion in total.

The number of cash dividend is equal to 99% of total net profit of KEJU in 2023. This dividend allocation is based on the decision made by shareholders during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders that was recently held earlier today (24/4).

The cash dividend will be distributed to KEJU's shareholders whose names have been registered by the recording date on May 7, 2024. Then, the payment date will fall on May 17, 2024.

After securing approval for cash dividend distribution, KEJU's shareholders also approved the buyback plan with total allocated budget of IDR 7.5 billion. With this amount, the number of shares to be repurchased is projected to reach 0.43% or 6.42 million shares.

Lastly, KEJU's shareholders also agreed upon the change of the board of directors. With this reshuffle, the President Director spot is now occupied by Indrasena Patmawidjaja, whereas Peter Wiradjaja, Jeffry Halim, and Ari Sutanto are appointed as ditectors.

According to IDNFinancials data, KEJU reported net sales of IDR 1.01 trillion in 2023, while the net profit clocked up to IDR 80 billion, down 31.5% year-on-year (yoy). (KR/ZH)
