JAKARTA - PT Estee Gold Feet Tbk (EURO) embraced another new investor on Monday, April 22. Jonathan Tahir, an individual investor, purchased 200 million shares through PT Danatama Makmur Sekuritas, acquiring approximately 7.85% of the company's stock.

Maybank Sekuritas Indonesia was also seen buying 25 million shares of property developer PT Alam Sutera Realty Tbk (ASRI). However, the same number of shares were released by another ASRI investor, PT Manunggal Prime Development. Next, a majority shareholder called PT. Batavia Prosperindo Internasional Tbk then increased its stake in PT Batavia Prosperindo Trans Tbk (BPTR), also known as Batavia Rent, by 3.18 million shares.

PT Aldiracita Sekuritas Indonesia also sold 26.21 million shares of the pharmaceutical company PT Pyridam Farma Tbk (PYFA), and foreign investor GOTO Peopleverse Fund sold 8.04 million shares of the digital ecosystem company PT GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk.

The following news comes from the telecommunications company PT Smartfren Telecom Tbk (FREN), which recently held a right issue. This corporate action had an impact on PT Gatemas Tunggal Sejahtera's ownership presentation, reducing it from 6.73% to 6.26%, even though the number of shares owned remained at 22.56 billion. PT. Dian Swastatika Sentosa Tbk, which owns 22.48 billion FREN, saw its share proportion decrease from 6.7% to 6.24%. (KD)
