JAKARTA - Hasmoro, President Director and controller of PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), increased his ownership by purchasing 2.43 million shares, equivalent to 0.0146% of the company's shares, in a transaction worth IDR 2.28 billion.

Yulisar Khiat, Director of HEAL, said that the share purchases took place on 20 and 21 March 2025.

In detail, Hasmoro bought 1.31 million shares at IDR1,140 per share, then 933 thousand shares at IDR1,062.5 per share.

After the transaction, Hasmoro's stake in HEAL increased to 733.01 million shares, equivalent to 4.7704%. Previously, he only owned 730.77 million shares, equivalent to 4.7558%.

‘The purpose of the transaction is for investment with direct share ownership status,’ said Mr Yulisar in his official statement, Tuesday (8/4).

At the close of trading today, Tuesday (8/4), HEAL's share price was at IDR1,000, down 5.66% or 60 points. Within a week, its share price corrected 5.66% and 25.09% in the past month. (EF/KR/LM)
