JAKARTA – PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk (JPFA), a listed company in the primary consumer goods sector, will distribute a cash dividend of IDR 1.62 trillion or IDR 140 per share for the 2024 financial year.

This follows the resolution of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on April 10, 2025.

Maya Pradjono, Corporate Secretary of JPFA, stated in an official release on Monday (14/4) that the dividend will be distributed in two phases.

JPFA had previously paid an interim dividend of IDR 813.93 billion or IDR 70 per share on October 29, 2024. The remaining amount will be distributed as a final dividend on April 29, 2025, bringing the total dividend received by investors to IDR 140 per share.

In 2024, JPFA posted a net profit of IDR 3.01 trillion, marking a significant 224.71% year-on-year (yoy) increase from IDR 929.71 billion the previous year.

The following is the official dividend distribution schedule for JPFA’s 2024 financial year:

• Cum dividend for regular & negotiated market: April 21, 2025
• Ex dividend for regular & negotiated market: April 22, 2025
• Cum dividend for cash market: April 23, 2025
• Ex dividend for cash market: April 24, 2025
• Recording date (eligible shareholders): April 23, 2025
• Final dividend payment: April 29, 2025

As of Monday (14/4) at 11 AM WIB, JPFA’s share price had surged 3.34% or 65 points to IDR 2,010 per share. The share price rose 0.50% over the past week, but declined 3.35% over the past month. (EF/KR/ZH)
