Ruslan Tanoko scoops up AVIA shares worth IDR 3.1 billion

JAKARTA – Amid ongoing market volatility, Ruslan Tanoko, Vice President Director of PT Avia Avian Tbk (AVIA), has acquired 8 million shares of the paint company, equivalent to a 0.0129% ownership stake.
In an official statement quoted on Tuesday (15/4), Ruslan revealed that the share purchases were made in stages across nine transactions on April 8 and 10, 2025, at prices ranging from IDR 380 to IDR 394 per share.
On 8 April 2025, he purchased 3 million shares, followed by 5 million shares on 10 April, bringing the total transaction value to around IDR 3.1 billion.
Following the acquisition, Ruslan’s stake in AVIA increased to 45.72 million shares, or 0.0738% ownership. The transaction was executed indirectly through PT Sensasi Istana Warna, of which Ruslan owns 99.995%.
“The purpose of the transaction is investment, and it is not a repurchase agreement. The ownership is categorised as indirect,” Ruslan clarified in the statement issued on Monday (14/4).
Meanwhile, in the first trading session on Tuesday (15/4) as of 09:57 WIB, AVIA’s share price rose by 3.00%, or +12 points. Over the past week, the stock has jumped 5.61% and gained 0.98% over the past month. (EF/ZH)
