JAKARTA – Management of PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR) has disclosed that Patrick Rudolf Dannacher, President Commissioner, and Andri Hutama Putra, Commissioner of CYBR, both adjusted their shareholdings between April 8 and 11, 2025.

Doni Mora, Director of CYBR, stated that Patrick acquired 1.21 million shares in three separate transactions over that period. The purchases were made at an average price of IDR 738.33 per share, totalling approximately IDR 886 million.

Following the transactions, Patrick's shareholding increased to 29.78 million shares or 0.462%, up from 28.57 million shares or 0.443%.

Meanwhile, Andri sold 1.29 million shares in two transactions on April 11, 2025 at an average price of IDR 762.5 per share, amounting to IDR 979.17 million.

As a result, Andri’s ownership decreased to 33.71 million shares or 0.523%, down from 35 million shares or 0.543%.

According to Doni, both transactions were made to support other investment interests. “With shares held directly,” he added in an official statement on Tuesday (15/4).

As of 15:37 WIB on Tuesday (14 April), CYBR shares had surged by 7.95% or +60 points to IDR 815. Year to date, the stock has soared 100.74%. (EF/ZH)
