JAKARTA – PT Profesional Telekomunikasi Indonesia (Protelindo) and its subsidiary, PT Iforte Solusi Infotek (Iforte), have secured a loan worth IDR 1 trillion from PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk (NISP).

Protelindo, Iforte, and NISP signed the Revolving Loan Facility Agreement on Tuesday, 22 April 2025. Although the intended use of the facility was not specified, according to the disclosure, the loan will mature one year after the signing date.

“Protelindo and Iforte have agreed to be jointly and severally liable for the fulfilment of all obligations under the Facility Agreement,” said Monalisa Irawan, Corporate Secretary of PT Sarana Menara Nusantara Tbk (TOWR), in an information disclosure on Tuesday (22/4).

It is worth noting that Protelindo is a subsidiary of TOWR, in which it holds a 99.99% stake. (ZH)
