JAKARTA – PT Medikaloka Hermina Tbk (HEAL), operator of the Hermina hospital network, has announced a dividend distribution of IDR 161 billion, or IDR 10.5 per share, for the 2024 fiscal year.

The allocation was approved during the company’s Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Wednesday morning (23/4). During the same meeting, shareholders also approved the appointment of Husen Sutakaria as the new President Commissioner.

Hasmoro, President Director of HEAL, said the total dividend distributed represents a 23.53% increase from the previous period.

“This increase is a form of appreciation for shareholder support, and a reflection of our increasingly strong financial fundamentals,” Hasmoro told Investor.id.

The rise in HEAL’s dividend is in line with its improved financial performance. Net profit surged 23.2% year-on-year (yoy) to IDR 689 billion in 2024, supported by a 16.13% increase in net revenue to IDR 6.71 trillion.

Revenue growth was driven by HEAL’s operational performance. In 2024, the company served over 8.8 million outpatients and 710,000 inpatients.

As of December 2024, HEAL operated 51 hospitals with a total capacity of 8,252 beds and employed more than 18,000 staff. (DH/ZH)
