JAKARTA – Nickel mining company PT PAM Mineral Tbk (NICL) has announced a cash dividend distribution of IDR127.62 billion, equivalent to IDR12 per share.

NICL’s dividend allocation accounts for 60.83% of its 2024 net profit, in line with the decision made during its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPST) held on Thursday (24 April).

“This amount represents 60.83% of our 2024 net profit,” said NICL President Director Ruddy Tjanaka in an official statement.

In addition to the dividend distribution, NICL will allocate IDR22.54 billion for reserve funds, while the remaining Rp59.64 billion will be recorded as retained earnings to support future business growth.

For reference, NICL posted a net profit of IDR318.76 billion in 2024, marking an impressive 1,075% year-on-year (YoY) increase from IDR27.13 billion in 2023.

As of Friday (25 April) trading, NICL’s share price rose by 6.54%, reaching Rp505 per share. Over the past five days, its share price has jumped 51.20%, and in the past month, it has surged 72.95%. (DK/KR/LM)
