JAKARTA— On Tuesday, June 3, PT Janu Putra Sejahtera Tbk (AYAM) was featured in the list of share ownership changes exceeding 5% of the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) due to the introduction of a new controlling shareholder.

Via PT NH Korindo Sekuritas Indonesia, Singgih Januratmoko purchased around 2.73 billion shares of this chicken farming company. With a sharp rise in shares from 8.15% to 76.55%, he was announced as the issuer's controller.

Subsequently, PT Shima Global Kapital acquired 340.62 million shares of PT Energi Mega Persada Tbk (ENRG). This transaction was made possible by PT Panin Sekuritas Tbk (PANS), and the investor's share percentage rose to 22.57%.

By acquiring 64.03 million shares through PT Mirae Asset Sekuritas Indonesia, PT Elang Mahkota Teknologi Tbk (EMTK) raised its ownership stake in media issuer PT Surya Citra Media Tbk (SCMA) to 63.83%.

Sukarto Bujung purchased two million shares of rice producer PT Buyung Poetra Sembada Tbk (HOKI), gaining 5.35% of the company's shares, facilitated by PT Harita Kencana Sekuritas.

Through PT BCA Sekuritas, bread manufacturer PT Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk (ROTI) bought back 300,000 shares. In total, ROTI held 8.67% of the shares.

PT Bumi Resources Tbk (BUMI) shares were still being sold by HSBC-Fund SVS A/C Chengdong Investment Corp-Self; this time, 75.05 million shares are being sold through PT Bank HSBC Indonesia. Its shares in this mining parent issuer were at 10.03%.

PT Kuantum Akselerasi Indonesia sold 21 million shares of PT VKTR Teknologi Mobilitas Tbk (VKTR), leaving 5.39% of the company's shares.

INV Management Pte Ltd sold 770,400 shares of PT ITSEC Asia Tbk (CYBR), lowering its controlling stake to 41.73%, followed by PT Media Nusantara Citra Tbk (MNCN), which sold 767,500 shares of PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk (MSIN). While MSIN shares are involved in the media, CYBR shares are involved in cybersecurity solutions.

Lastly, PT Harita Jayaraya sold 102,000 shares of the bauxite mining company PT Cita Mineral Investindo Tbk (CITA). Its stake remains within the 18.62% range. (KD)
