BSDE prints pre-sales of IDR2.43 trillion in early 2025

JAKARTA – PT Bumi Serpong Damai Tbk (BSDE) recorded pre-sales of Rp2.43 trillion in Q1 2025.
Hermawan Wijaya, Director of BSDE, stated that the company’s pre-sales have reached 24% of the 2025 annual target of Rp10 trillion.
“A 9% growth compared to the same period last year (Rp2.22 trillion) signals a strong start to BSDE’s performance this year,” Hermawan remarked.
The residential segment contributed Rp1.28 trillion, making up 53% of BSDE’s total pre-sales in Q1 2025.
Flagship projects such as Nava Park, Hiera, and Armont Residence in BSD City were the primary contributors, alongside Kaia Yara in Grand Wisata Bekasi and Richmond in Kota Wisata Cibubur.
“Optimism about achieving the annual target is supported by strong demand, a selective product launch strategy, aggressive promotions, and VAT incentives (PPN DTP),” Hermawan stated in an official release on Monday (28 April 2025).
Meanwhile, BSDE’s commercial segment contributed Rp1.03 trillion, or 42% of total pre-sales, with the following breakdown:

Rp747 billion from shophouse sales

Rp135 billion from commercial lots

Rp149 billion from apartment sales
Some of the key commercial property portfolios supporting BSDE’s pre-sales include Nava Park Business Suites, Xlane in BSD City, and prominent apartment projects in Jakarta and BSD City.
Overall, BSD City remains the primary contributor to BSDE’s pre-sales, accounting for 68%, followed by Nava Park (20%), Grand Wisata Bekasi (15%), Hiera (5%), and Kota Wisata Cibubur (6%).
BSDE is optimistic about reaching its Rp10 trillion pre-sales target in 2025, supported by a selective product launch strategy, an extensive marketing network, the “Move in Quickly” campaign featuring attractive promotions, and government VAT incentives.
