TOTL eyes new contracts of IDR 5 trillion in 2025

JAKARTA – PT Total Bangun Persada Tbk (TOTL) set a moderate new contract target of IDR 5 trillion for 2025, despite having secured new contracts worth IDR 5.21 trillion in 2024.
“Due to geopolitical and domestic uncertainties, management has decided to be more prudent this year,” said Anggie Sidharta, Corporate Secretary of TOTL, during a press conference on Thursday (15/5).
She added that the geopolitical conflicts have not yet directly impacted ongoing projects.
“The direct impact is felt more by project owners. They are more cautious and have slightly adjusted their business strategies to survive,” she explained.
By April 2025, TOTL and its subsidiary, PT Total Persada Indonesia (TPI), had recorded new contracts totalling IDR 2.16 trillion, equivalent to 43.2% of the annual target.
“We see the achievement of new contracts in line with quarterly targets. We hope to maintain this momentum through the end of the year,” Anggie said.
According to management, TOTL is still participating in tenders for projects with an estimated total value of up to IDR 12.5 trillion as of March 2025. The projects in the pipeline are mainly data centres, industrial facilities, and office buildings.
Furthermore, TOTL targets revenue of IDR 3.5 trillion for 2025, up 13.3% from IDR 3.1 trillion in 2024. However, the net profit target remains flat at IDR 265 billion, with an estimated gross profit margin of 14–16%. (ZH)
