JAKARTA — PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk (PLIN) allocated a total dividend of IDR 576.32 billion for the 2024 financial year, marking a slight increase of 0.61% from the IDR 572.79 billion distributed for 2023. The total dividend is equivalent to 57.77% of the company’s net profit in 2024.

According to a disclosure on Monday (19/5), Umbas Rombe, Corporate Secretary of PLIN, stated that shareholders had approved the allocation of 2024 net profit for an interim dividend of IDR 236.89 billion—distributed on 4 October 2024—and a final cash dividend of IDR 339.43 billion, while the remaining retained earnings of IDR 421.21 billion have yet to be earmarked.

In comparison, PLIN recorded a net profit of IDR 613.26 billion for the 2023 financial year, with an interim dividend of IDR 272.25 billion and a final dividend of IDR 300.53 billion, while retained earnings stood at IDR 40.47 billion.
