JAKARTA — PT Bangun Kosambi Sukses Tbk (CBDK) has allocated 39.88% of its net profit for the 2024 financial year—amounting to IDR 924.82 billion—as cash dividends.

This marks the company’s first dividend distribution since its debut on the Indonesia Stock Exchange earlier this year (13/1).

According to the minutes of the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) on Monday (19/5), Yohanes Edmond Budiman, Corporate Secretary of CBDK, stated that shareholders agreed to set aside IDR 1 billion of the 2024 profit for reserves. A total of IDR 368.89 billion will be distributed as cash dividends, with the remaining IDR 554.93 billion retained as earnings.

CBDK’s cash dividend comprises an interim dividend of IDR 340.54 billion and a remaining dividend of IDR 28.34 billion—equivalent to IDR 5 per share—to be distributed to shareholders.

Meanwhile, the company’s share price declined by 3.36% to IDR 6,475 at the close of trading on Monday (19/5). Over the past week, the share price fell 6.83%, although it rose 4.44% over the past month.

For reference, CBDK listed 5.66 billion shares with a nominal value of IDR 20 during its initial public offering in January. These consist of 5.10 billion founder shares and 566.89 million public shares. (LK/KR/ZH)
