TAPG receives IDR 364 billion dividend payment, shares continue rising

JAKARTA – PT Triputra Agro Persada Tbk (TAPG) has received a dividend payment of IDR 364 billion from its affiliate, PT Gawe Bahandep Sawit Mekar (GBSM).
From early May until yesterday (19/5), the holding company has been flooded with dividend inflows totalling IDR 833.02 billion from several subsidiaries.
In a disclosure on Tuesday (20/5), TAPG Corporate Secretary Jon Tjeng stated that GBSM is a company owned through PT Agro Multi Persada (AMP), with a 99.9% stake.
The dividend distribution followed a shareholders’ resolution outside of an Extraordinary General Meeting (RUPSLB), which was held on Monday (19/5).
Previously, TAPG had received dividend payments amounting to IDR 469.02 billion from nine affiliated companies:
IDR 16.05 billion from PT Anugerah Agung Prima Abadi (AAPA)
IDR 46.55 billion from:
- PT Mega Ika Khansa (MIK)
- PT Hamparan Perkasa Mandiri (HPM)
- PT Kutim Agro Mandiri (KAM)
IDR 195.35 billion from:
- PT Etam Bersama Lestari (EBL)
- PT Yudha Wahana Abadi (YWA)
IDR 74.09 billion from PT Sukses Karya Mandiri (SKM)
IDR 136.98 billion from:
- PT First Lamandau Timber International (FLTI)
- PT Dwiwira Lestari Jaya (DLJ)
At its Annual General Meeting held in late April, TAPG shareholders also approved a dividend payout of IDR 1.50 trillion, or IDR 76 per share, equivalent to 48.33% of the company’s 2024 net profit of IDR 3.12 trillion.
Alongside these developments, TAPG’s share price has risen 2.15% to IDR 950 over the past month. The stock also climbed 6.78% over the past week and was up 2.70% in early session I on Tuesday (20/5). (LK/KR/ZH)
