Adaro Group companies’ shares decline

JAKARTA – Shares of three companies under the Adaro Group declined during the early part of the second trading session on Tuesday (20/5).
The share price of PT Alamtri Resources Indonesia Tbk (ADRO) dropped 1.29% to IDR 2,290 as of 2.09 PM WIB. The energy sector stock opened at IDR 2,350 and touched a high of IDR 2,430 and a low of IDR 2,260 per share.
Meanwhile, shares of PT Adaro Andalan Indonesia Tbk (AADI) fell 1.93% to IDR 7,625 per share. The coal miner’s stock opened at IDR 7,800, reaching a high of IDR 8,000 and a low of IDR 7,550 per share.
Shares of PT Adaro Minerals Indonesia Tbk (ADMR) were steady at IDR 1,000 after fluctuating since the first session. The metallurgical coal stock opened at IDR 1,010 and hit a high of IDR 1,025 and a low of IDR 985 per share.
On Monday (19/5), shares linked to Garibaldi Thohir all rallied by the close of trade. ADRO gained 7.91% to IDR 2,320 per share, AADI rose 6.51% to IDR 7,775, and ADMR increased 5.26% to IDR 1,000.
As previously reported, ADRO has allocated IDR 4 trillion for a share buyback, which will be decided at an Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders (EGMS) on 2 June. (LK/KR/ZH)
