JAKARTA – Vidjongtius has officially resigned from his position as President Commissioner of PT Kalbe Farma Tbk (KLBF) during the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) held on Thursday, 22 May 2025.

Maria Teresa Fabiola, Corporate Secretary of KLBF, stated that the company had received resignation letters from Vidjongtius as President Commissioner and from Lilis Halim as Independent Commissioner of KLBF.

“Effective as of 22 May 2025,” she said.

Before being appointed President Commissioner, Vidjongtius served as President Director of KLBF from 2017 to 2024. His career within the KLBF Group, however, spanned over three decades.

He was previously recognised as a Top CEO by Tempo and IDNFinancials.com in 2023 and 2024.

Ronny Hadiana, who had served as Commissioner of KLBF since the AGMS on 27 May 2021, was appointed to replace Vidjongtius as President Commissioner.

Meanwhile, Lilis Halim had served as Independent Commissioner of KLBF since the AGMS decision on 27 May 2021.

She began her career in Sydney, Australia, as an actuarial officer at Associated National Life from 1985 to 1988, and currently holds positions in the nomination and remuneration committees of various listed companies, including PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk (PSSI)PT Data Center Indonesia Tbk (DCII), and PT Indointernet Tbk (EDGE)

According to today’s AGMS resolution (22/5), Lilis will be replaced as Independent Commissioner by Herijanto Irawan. (LK/ZH)
