SMSM receives dividend payment of IDR 60.32 billion

JAKARTA – PT Selamat Sempurna Tbk (SMSM) has received dividend payments from two of its subsidiaries amounting to IDR 60.32 billion, equivalent to 40.91% of SMSM’s interim dividend as of 31 March 2025.
Citing a disclosure on Monday (26/5), Lidiana Widjojo, Corporate Secretary of SMSM, said the dividend income came from PT Panata Jaya Mandiri (PJM) amounting to IDR 22.75 billion and PT Prapat Tunggal Cipta (PTC) amounting to IDR 37.57 billion.
Following the dividend receipt, SMSM’s share price rose to IDR 1,920 as of 11:22 AM WIB, having fluctuated since the market opened. Over the past week, the stock price has slipped 0.52%, but is still up 8.78% over the past month.
Previously, Ang Andri Pribadi, Vice President Director of SMSM, announced the company would distribute an interim dividend totalling IDR 143.96 billion, or IDR 25 per share, to shareholders on Tuesday (27/5).
SMSM recorded a net profit of IDR 265.01 billion in the first quarter of 2025. In addition, the company holds unrestricted retained earnings of IDR 3.48 trillion and total equity of IDR 4.22 trillion. (LK/KR/ZH)
