JAKARTA – PT BPD Jawa Timur Tbk (BJTM) has set a dividend payout ratio of 64.12% from its 2024 net profit of IDR 1.28 trillion.

According to a disclosure on Monday (26/5), Fenty Rischana K, Corporate Secretary of BJTM, stated that shareholders approved the allocation of IDR 821.49 billion from net profit as dividends for the 2024 financial year.

“As such, a total of IDR 54.71 per share is designated as cash dividends for the 2024 financial year, to be paid to all shareholders registered in the company’s Shareholder Register (DPS) as of 5 June, and will be distributed on 19 June,” she said.

In addition, shareholders approved the allocation of IDR 459.61 billion or 35.88% of 2024 net profit as general reserves.

The AGM also followed up on the proposal to distribute employee bonuses and tantiem for the board of directors, board of commissioners, and sharia supervisory board for the 2024 financial year, with a provision totalling IDR 320.27 billion.

The distribution percentages remain the same as the previous year: employee bonuses at 86.5%, and tantiem for directors, commissioners, and those assisting the board—including the sharia supervisory board—at 13.5%.

Additionally, a portion of the tantiem for commissioners and directors will be deferred in the form of cash and shares through a long-term incentive programme. (LK/ZH)
